This is probably my first one star review I’ve given. I purchased this four months ago after I purchased a new house and moved into. I am just getting around to opening the box and putting it together tonight. Lesson learned here is that you should always open it to make sure everything is correct even if you’re not going to put it together right away. The purpose of this post is to impart that wisdom onto other shoppers. The first problem I noticed when I opened it tonight is that there was no instruction book. I also noticed that there are no letter and number stickers on the pieces like there typically is for products like this. When I was pulling the pieces out, I noticed that two of the pieces were already put together when they shouldn’t have. So immediately it looked like somebody had purchased this started putting it together, decided they didn’t want it, and then returned it. I was able to put it together without an installation guide with no issues because I’ve done this sort of thing enough by now to figure it out on my own. While I was putting it together, I also noticed that the drawer sliders were damaged and missing some ball bearings. Thankfully, I was still able to get the drawers installed, and I can open and close them as intended. After I put it together, I also noticed that the drawer faces are a completely different color than the rest of the desk. I purchased the brown desk and the drawer faces are brown, but the rest of the desk is more of a cherry-like finish. Regardless it is a very noticeable difference. I’m not looking for a refund or a replacement as it’s too late for that. It will work for what I need it for so I’m just going to use it as is after I install it up on the wall.

great piece. very sturdy. heavy to hang so takes two people at least. exactly as described on site. happy with all my wayfair purchases

Too difficult to put together and quality isn’t there. Wayfair needs another vendor. Too many sharp edges.

Awful!! Didn’t come with assembly instructions at all, poor quality, came with smudges and finger prints that didn’t come off with soap and water, the right side drawer box slides were assembled like the left side but should have been reversed so I had to drill new dowel holes and adjust the drawer slides. There was also markes on the edges that looks like might be glue or some residue from the edge banding.. not happy with this cheap product at all.
