Never received the chair - specifically stated in order NOT to leave at our ROW gate (which is not our property) but after holding the chair @ the Fedex facility for 10 days - the contractor left it at the gate and it was stolen. Still haven't heard back from Wayfair (waited on phone 45 mins, cut off twice) and filed a Fedex claim - still no result or word from either of them. Paid for the chair and still haven nothing.

The chairs arrived as scheduled. They are very nice for my music studio and the price is reasonable. They are built well and look good. One chair arrived with an over tightened chair top--the bolt w ripped the top in a small spot. I called customer service and the sent a replacement with no questions asked. Excellent company with good customer service!
