The first time we used this one of the legs broke. The thingamajig that holds the inner part of the telescoping leg was either defective or not connected properly. When it was pulled out to adjust for height it came out all the way and I can't figure out how to reconnect it. I've requested a replacement so I'm waiting to hear on that. We purchased two and the other one seems fine (for now) but we will be very careful with it. Otherwise it seems like a very good product but now I'm without the second easel.

It was very recently that our organization bought one of these extendable easel for flip-charts and it has been amazing already! So practical to use and assemble. It really holds well during the presentations. I totally recommend it to any one out there.
