Poussette Safety

I received this wagon as a gift, I wanted to love it so bad! It’s big with plenty of room, I have two boys who want to bring all the toys along. We live in the country and love going on a walk in the wagon, however shortly after using a few times the handle cushion has started to crack and the tires make it extremely hard to push/control. The canopy tore the first trip out and I wish that you could order a replacement. Our first wagon and I’m pretty disappointed. Would rather my husband and I each push one stroller 😔

We love our wagon! Amazing product and very good quality. But we've recently had an incident where our son crashed into it with a go kart and I am struggling to find replacement wheels for it since they got broken in the collision. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

To hard to push wheels hardly turn n the handle won’t stay up when pushing

Love my wagon, it's a lifesaver! But one wheel broke and I can't figure out how to order a new one. Help!

I got one of these about a yr ago and we love it. It is so perfect for all my kids and I love all the extra features on it. My only problem is I lost the top canopy part and I need to know if I can purchase a replacement for it or find one that is compatible to us.
