Terrible experience! The company snuck in the wrong color flooring to satisfy the order. The replacement now states more then 2 months to receive the correct color. With the holidays coming- Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, our guests will not have a complete floor to walk on in our new home. Ohhh- Wayfair’s customer service has been equally frustrating. Expect to wait 7 minutes (almost clockwork) to receive a response saying “are you still there..”. This is after you’ve ask the last question. We bought through Wayfair. If the product we ordered could not be completed- they should have alerted us INSTEAD of laying the floor only to find out the last package was distinctly wrong!
