Exactly as you’d expect. These were a little tough to put together, but ultimately ended up being exactly what we were looking for for lockers for our employees.

I bought 2, one was ok, the second arrived damaged. It was so bent out of shape it could not be put together (wasted time trying). Wayfair customer service insisted on returning both to get a refund. Had to waste more time trying to get some common sense out of the first customer service rep, and let me return just one (the damaged one). Then had to “beg” for a pick up from a second rep. I was then sent a link that did not work. I wonder what would happen if I billed for lost time…
