THESE CHAIRS ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT DESCRIBED AS THEY SHOULD BE! THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE FOLDING CHAIRS, ONLY THE SEAT FOLDS FOLKS. MEANING IF YOU HAVE A SMALL SPACE AND NEED THE CHAIRS TO FOLD FLAT, NO CAN DO! THE LEGS POSITIVELY REMAIN STATIONARY. IN THE PHOTO WHERE FOLDING CHAIRS NORMALLY FOLD IT IS WELDED. The chair is excellent quality and extremely comfortable. However, if you need an absolute folding chair choose another option. See attached photos
