Very well constructed, and sturdy. Assembled without any problems. Using it to feed cats, and keep the food in the drawers.

We ordered this bench so that our youngest children would have a special place to sit and read in our home school classroom. They love it, and so do I! Assembly was relatively easy, construction is sturdy, and the drawers are a nice size for storing special toys and books. One potential problem is that the cushion is not attached to the bench in any way, which could result in little people sliding around. However, we plan to rectify that situation by using some adhesive Velcro strips (the kind used to hang items on walls when one does not wish to use screws or nails). Very happy with this addition to our learning space!
