My son bought his dad a flagpole for tailgating and the beach. It malfunctioned from the day he received it. Did not extend all the way. After a year, I decided to reach out to the company to see if anything could be done. Even though the one year warranty had just expired, Joy replaced it free of charge. We will definitely be ordering from this company again.
Thank you very much Joy. I wish every company stood behind their products like you do.. Gemma K. "washington, United States". Mon Dec 18 2023
