This is the third Searwood I've purchased. A nice addition to by grilling gear. Very reliable, produces great food

It isn’t as straight forward as we had hoped. The learning curve to make it produce results like we wanted for both grilled and smoked items caused us to waste food as it just wasn’t good. Once you start getting the hang of it, it gets better. Oddly, it’s easier to get smoking than it is grilling. Even when cooking at higher temps, it still produces a lot of smoke which isn’t always wanted.

The design, engineering and construction of this smoker are what sold me. Quality parts. Double walled hood. The heat deflection system and ease of cleanup don’t get enough credit.
