Honestly pretty decent. It isn't heated so keep that in mind so I added a heated dog bed I had laying around. Not sure how it would hold up outside in the winter but ours is in the barn so no issues. The kittens like it but mostly sleep on top so they can see the action. I would say set it up where it is protected from the worst of the elements like under a porch or awning. It would definitely help the longevity.

Outdoor cat house is really nice; now if we can get the outdoor cat to use it, is a different story.

When I first opened it, I was concerned it wouldn’t withstand the weather. I’ve been happily proven wrong though! It’s a little too hot for the summer, but I imagine it will be well loved going into the fall and winter.

we have a feral cat around the neighborhood that loves this thing when it gets to freezing temps! it was easy to put together took no longer than 10 minutes! as you can see it is built for winter weather! def recommend!

This outdoor waterproof cat house is exactly as advertised! It was packaged well for shipping, and looks exactly like the photos when we set it up. It will work well for housing outdoor kitties during the cooler months!
