Dangerous product; don't buy if you have young children. We purchased two of these shoe racks, and both fell apart within 1-3 months. The drawers repeatedly detach from the base and cannot be secured permanently, no matter how many times you reattach them. This became a safety issue when a drawer fell and landed on my toddler’s foot while he was reaching for his shoes. See photo of the drawer that landed on my toddler's foot. Wayfair’s resolution process was not helpful: For the first unit, they sent replacement parts but the rack still fell apart. For the second unit, they sent an entirely new replacement, that one fell apart too. Now that we’re past 30 days, Wayfair refuses to discuss further resolution, leaving us with two defective, dangerous products we paid full price for.
