We are savvy when it comes to furniture assembly. We have always been able to assemble any purchase. Not this time. After two hours of slogging through trying to assemble one chair, we got caught up in screwing in a leg that just wasn’t going to happen. The leg screw goes in on an angle. If the angle isn’t perfect, you will never be able to tighten the screw. After many attempts and tools we had to walk away. As true to their high service levels, Wayfair did agree to accept the return. I appreciate that we were not stuck with return shipping on this faulty barstool. I would be afraid to try another set. Some reengineering needs to occur with the assembly process. Instructions are also lousy so if you rely heavily on instructions, these are not the barstools for you.

Loved the color and size but the instructions are lacking. When we tightened the side stretcher, it did not connect to the chair and now there is a gap. I don't feel comfortable placing my feet on it.

Very tall but in love with them. Super comfortable. It did not bring instructions but it was not hard to build.
