Pros: this chair is very good for someone fairly slim. I am 5 ft 4 and weigh 115 lb. For me it's a perfect size. The chair is very comfortable for me, even more than the Stress Free chair that I already own. The back massage function is very good but only kneads the mid to lower back, not upper back or shoulder area. For me that's perfect but may not be satisfactory for everyone. Cons: The instruction booklet is very badly done. It tries to explain how to assemble the chair in two nearly incomprehensible diagrams. For that reason it took far more time (1.5 hrs) than would have been needed with clear step by step diagrams. The manual mentions a hip vibration mode under the thighs but that does not seem to exist. The entire hip function does nothing, no vibration at all. However there are two short electrical connections that have no explanation about their use or function. Could this be related to the non-existent vibration? The manual also mentions 7 gaskets needed for assembly. None were provided. Finally, the PU leather seems to stain very easily. Each time any of the wood parts brushed against the PU leather during assembly it left an orangish stain. Nevertheless, I would recommend this chair with reservations as mentioned in this review.

the bottom is hard and the chair does not rock much and also thet thing in the back that hurt your backnot to please with the chair
