Nice looking and easy to assemble. The color is lighter more whiteish with a hint gray, not as yellow as it appears in the photos. And it is definitely fake wood, with an almost plastic-y feel but not too overly fake looking. It did have a couple minor chipsdents but overall happy with it for the price.

Love this nightstand! The look, easy assembly, and functionality all get 5 stars from me. Really like the outlets on top. It was delivered quickly and took me about 45 minutes to assemble. I love it for my coastal themed bedroom.

Youve heard the phrase when life gives you lemons, make lemonade Well thats just what I did. After double checking my invoice, I definitely received the wrong colored nightstand. Ordered black, not light oak. I didnt want the hassle of returning and waiting for the correct item so I put my two rolls of black woodgrain contact paper to good use! Yes it took hours. Yes, we are all human and sometimes make mistakes. This is a quality piece of furniture and Im quite pleased with it, so it still gets 5 stars.
