I am very disappointed with this purchase. I received this on Friday, Aug. 8, 2025 but did not take it out of the box until Sat., Aug. 23, 2025. We were waiting for a buyer to pick up our existing sofa. We followed all instructions and waited the 3 days for the cushions to expand, but at this moment in time it still has not fully expanded. This was the worst purchase I have ever bought from Wayfair and I am unable to be comfortable on my sofa. What can you do to rectify this problem. I know I am past the time for a refund but this is ridiculous to say the least.

the couch is a different color in person than listed. it is ok but feels on the cheaper side and is very firm. the only thing that makes this couch worth the price is the ottoman. the cushions are not as plush as i hoped for but overall decent couch for the low cost point.

Your tv ads looked like a good idea until I received my order. Sofa looks like something in a child’s playhouse instead of a family of all adults. The instructions were so vague I injured my assembling it. No letters on the parts like labeled in the instructions manual. It was my first time ordering from you guys and looking forward to my new sofa. If I would have known what the actual product looked like after assembling it. I would have kept my old one that I had for 8 years that is in better shape and looks better than this badly constructed and cheap material than this child’s playhouse sofa. I want my money back I work to hard for my money just to have it swindled from me.

Item came damaged. Drill holes were not done well enough have to do damage control to make pieces fit. Very low. Good for office lobbies but not a living room couch
