I love it! Sofa really soft. There are times when it’s really hard to get up from it. It’s that comfortable. I’ve be sleeping on it more than my bed.

This is absolutely horrible. It does not hold up. Had it for almost 11 months now and have to replace. This should have been a 1000 sectional at max. the cushions deform and dont hold their shape.

For over 3,000 I would absolutely not recommend this couch. It is soft and that is the only plus to it. The zippers are very weak and one has busted on the cushion for no good reason after less than a month of having it. The other major issue is the connectors that connect the sections together are made of plastic and not metal so the corner section in particular just comes apart when you sit there and you then have to try to realign the two bit and then try to push the pieces of furniture together. We have to do this on a daily basis. Just for reference we’re a trimaverage size family. Maybe our item in particular is just faulty but given the opportunity to get a different couch or swap for a replacement I would definitely get something different as the quality is subpar

Just got it today but so far so good. It’s SO soft. Not uncomfortably firm and not so soft that you sink in. Perfect IMO. Cream is a bit lighter than it appeared in the photo. Will see how it holds up but it seems very sturdy
