The chairs appear to be as advertised. All parts arrived, no damage. The delivery by FEDEX was terrible. Once again FEDEX delivered my package to the wrong address. Person in my neighborhood had to deliver package to us. FEDEX relies on people actually delivering their packages. Interesting model - unpaid delivery people.
