Great sofa! So big and comfortable, but doesn't look slouchy. I love the extra ottoman that can be moved around. We had a couple pieces broken on arrival due to getting crushed during shipping. Wayfair was great about send replacement pieces pretty quickly.

Beware for those considering assembly service! My issue is with Wayfair's assembly partner Handy. I have scheduled this appointment three times and three times Handy cancelled with less than an hour's notice. When I set up the delivery, I'm informed that if I cancel within 24 hrs I pay anyway yet they to cancel with less than an hour's notice after confirming twice? That's not right. Each time I have scheduled the assembly I have received a confirmation of the appointment at the time of booking, and a 2nd confirmation "Get Excite for your Wayfair furniture assembly!". Why would Wayfair/Handy confirm an appointment twice without securing the service? Extremely misleading. Wayfair should expect more from their 3rd party partners
