HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The incorrect item sent twice. I am still pending my refund. Customer service was horrific with some of the workers. I hope that no one has to experience what I went through and still dealing with as we speak. I am still in shock to believe that such service is even permissible.

Just the cutest ottoman. They’re elegant. I have a very casual living room so the ottomans add such a sweet splash of elegant fun. I’m very happy with them. Highly recommend.
