Lit plateforme tapissier Crampton

Note my photos show the bed with different legs. I love this bed but the platform is just 10” high. With my Caspar mattress the bed was 20” high and I really felt that was too low. Had it been MCM design perhaps? Anyway the options were finding a slim box spring or replacing the legs. I did the latter because I thought it would be prettier and allow me to not lose any headboard visibility. Found the legs online at another co; they are about 9.25” tall. I Used bed risers under center supports. It was challenging to do this change, but now the bed is perfect. I love it. Wonderful color and quality. I just felt a traditional design needs to be 25” high not 20.”

Love it! Elegant. Not too heavy on the wooden floors. Expensive looking leather and studs. We’re going for blackwhite minimalist interior and this fits perfectly.

Absolutely fabulous bed- looks super high end without the crazy price tag!
