A very bad experience, and I keep discovering worse! I deeply regret choosing you! Before placing my order, I contacted you to check if I could choose my delivery date. I also reached out to FedEx—the worst delivery company ever. Both of you confirmed that I could change the delivery date once the order was placed and shipped with a tracking number. For the first order, I received the tracking number and immediately contacted your service to delay the delivery until March 31, as no one would be home. I would only be back on March 30. One of your agents confirmed that the date had been changed. The next morning, I received a delivery notification in my email. I contacted you again to stop the delivery and postpone it to March 31, as I had already informed the first agent. But clearly, my request was completely ignored. Today, March 24, I received a third delivery notification. I called a third agent, who confirmed the new delivery date for both orders. And by the way, for the second order, I received the tracking number on Sunday, stating that the delivery was scheduled for March 26. So, in the morning, I contacted FedEx, yet they still sent the package without notifying me. What have you done! You delivered both orders in front of my house and just left them there! Who will be responsible if my furniture gets stolen now They will be sitting outside for a whole week! What kind of disrespect is this towards your customers What is this complete lack of communication between you Useless company, useless team, and a 010 experience. I have two more orders on the way now, but I am truly disappointed and no longer want to accept them. Two companies that don’t respect my requests have put me in a very difficult situation—my furniture left out in the street for a whole week! I will never recommend buying from Wayfair or dealing with FedEx!

Le meuble est exactement comme sur l’image, il s’assemble bien, solide et la lumière est bien, il y a même un senser permettant d’allumer et de s’éteindre tout seule. MAIs. Le processeur pour. Chargeur de cellules. Sans fils ne charge pas mais produit beaucoup de chaleur et endommagé le cell et les plug USB ne fonctionne pas. Dommage sinon ça aurait été un 5/5
