Chair was easy to assemble, fit great but does look a bit cheap. Too expensive for what you received

Comfortable chair, love the modern style but finish on back chips easily.

It looks amazing and it is really comfortable BUT the big but is the whole bottom of the chair from the cylinder that makes it go up and down to the base to the wheels are mounted on is really bad the base must be bent because not all 5 wheels are on the ground and the cylinder will not stay in the position i need to be it always collapses to the lowest setting within 15 minutes of setting on it. I will more than likely going to return it because today while on a wood floor I ran completely over my big toe with the wheel thats slightly bent up . It looks great but it is junk

Had some issues ordering the product but everything was resolved. The item arrived in time and intact. Super easy to install.

The chair seemed fine, it would have been nice if it had come with wheels.
