The appearance of the stool was as displayed. However, the steel legs should have had some scratch resistance plastic/silicon feet. Instead, the bottom of the legs are uneven and will easily scratch hardwood floors. This is a major design oversight, that customers will need to try to resolve on their own.

The stool looks great very nice quality. However the fabric is buckled on two of the seats. I called customer service and they contracted a company to complete a repair. Unfortunately it’s more than 2 weeks for an appointment.
