December 2nd, nearly 4 years with no follow thru from Wayfair. Just pointing blame at everyone else. Please read the following before ordering. I was confident Wayfair would have corrected the shipping and installation problems identified in other customer reviews. We have paid dearly for my trust in Wayfair. The doors were damaged in shipping (see photos) and are over 1” shorter than Wayfair’s specifications (see photo) so the damage couldn’t easily be trimmed away. This resulted in additional installation cost of $100 per door to remove, shorten and reinstall our current framework. Unfortunately we didn’t realize at 50#, the doors were too heavy for the existing frames and hinges costing an additional installation fee of $50 per door to upgrade the hinges and reinforce the frames. Due to the unexpected installation issues, we were charged an additional $75 travel expense to return the second day. Having doors with permanent damage, costing $175 per door (x3) on top of the standard professional installation cost of $90 has made these doors a great deal less enjoyable.

I absolutely love this door, it looks just liked I imagined it would in the space I chose. It's beautiful and elegantly designed. I plan to order three more.

After reading the review, I noticed the product often get damaged. I called ahead to make to they wrap it carefully due to the recurrent problem. After waiting for more than 2 weeks. I received this product with the damaged in the front near a handle will be. I was extremely disappointed about this problem even though I did mentioned that with them. For the future buyer, make sure you have enough time to change a new door or replace a different door which takes probably 2 weeks more.
