Looks great and installed super easy. Excited that I can paint it the same color as my walls so that it doesn't stand out like a sore thumb.

This was described as chime but the actual sound is a muted tone. Not the musical chime I expected. They should change the description and remove the work chime altogether.

We wanted recessed chimes. The look and size is very good for our situation. It is discrete and fits nicely in a narrow hallway. But, the actual chime itself is awful. It is distorted like an over modulated microphone. It’s simply not a good quality product. Price is ridiculous for the sound quality.

Not well made, chime doesn't work was very disappointing. Not worth buying.
