This distributor is such a scam. This is the second time we’ve ordered from this company (under a different name) and both time shipping has taken upwards of 10 weeks (without any update correspondence in that time or forewarning that the items are back-ordered). When the items arrived they are black in color, not brass. Upon calling their customer service we were given the standard line of “variability in color online vs. reality” response. I’m familiar with the variation of screen vs reality, but these are pure black when they arrive, so the web images are extremely misleading. So disappointed and hope Wayfair stops carrying this brand.
