It’s okay. Pressure is okay depending on the settings. It was a toss up between 3 or 4 stars. If only used as a handheld, then it’s kinda big. If used as a showerhead, then it’s okay. We use for both, it serves our purpose. Nothing bad to say, and nothing to rave about. If doing the Kohler polished brass look, then it’s a good match for the set. The reason I bought this was due to purchasing open box and it was an offer I couldn’t refuse.

The cradle for the shower head pivots side to side not front to back. Not a good shower experience
