Love this towel warmer! We ordered a slightly shorter one but decided to return it and go all in. This one is big, but it's actually the perfect size to me. I like this size because my hubby's towel is on top and mine is on bottom, and they don't really overlap lap. I feel like there's ample room for both towels, they each have their spot. It looks beautiful on my wall. I hooked it up to a light switch and it works like a dream. My towel gets toasty... keep in mind I'm not expecting scalding hot so it meets my expectations. Like a warm hug lol. I can't speak to how hard the install was, our contractor installed, but given no questions I'm assuming it was ez enuf.
