Great looking vanity. Easy to assemble. Had to remove the small back plate and buy a flexible p trap so it could live inside the cabinet, but that was just situational due to where the main drain pipe came out of the wall. Overall very happy.

Sufficient for an attic bathroom. Made of pressed wood. The vanity top is also of a plastic-y type material and unfortunately kind of shallow so water splashes out. Anyway again works okay for a attic bathroom that is not used often but would not work for a primary bathroom or one used often.
