I like these knobs very very much. They are perfect for my newly remodeled bathroom. However, the 1st one was bent and scratched; the 2nd shipping the hole for the screw was too small. I had to get this shipped 3 times!!!! Unreal! That’s a failure of quality control and inspections and it’s not the first time.
