arrived with deep gouges and chipped edges - not wrapped in plastic - just cardboard on edges and completely opened.

The door itself is great. The service I received when I only got half of my order is the opposite.

NOT STANDARD DOORS! Ordered numerous interior doors from this company during the summer for a remodel that due to Covid is taking place now. When the contractor unwrapped 2 of these doors he immediately noticed the edge of the doors were not primed and the fronts were rough to the touch and would need to be sanded and re-primed. Okay, we could deal with that. What could not be fixed was they had been cut down 1/4 of an inch on one side only which rendered them useless! I called Wayfair immediately, offered my contractor to speak with her and explain these were no longer standard doors and could not be hung. Her response..."sorry, you should have bought the extended warranty." Really? I should have no expectation that the size is correct? Almost $800.00 for 2 doors, added contractor fees and the cost to replace. I've been a long time customer of Wayfair and have recommended their products and have always praised their customer service. I was not expecting a full refund but I certainly expected more then the dismissive response I received. Unfortunately Wayfair will no longer be my first choice when shopping.

Great door but Wayfair needs to find better ways to ship. Came in scratched up.

These doors are beautiful. Pay attention to size you need a 7 inch door jam unfortunately I only have a 4 inch. Having frame custom made.
