It was harder to assemble and took longer than I expected, about two hours on my own. Some pieces were mislabeled and holes didn’t always line up. The chair cushion fabric is scratchier than other outdoor furniture I’ve had, and the pad isn’t nearly as thick as I’d like. I can feel the frame under me a lot more than other papasan chairs I’ve had in the past. The footrest feels fairly rickety as well, but it works fine overall. Ultimately this chair is bigger than I anticipated, despite measuring, and probably too big for my small balcony. If it was super comfy, I’d happily deal with its large size, but overall it’s a disappointing purchase. I’d return it if I could easily disassemble it and get everything back in the packaging.
