This is a nice recliner and has a lot of functionality. However I was unaware that pieces of it would be delivered in vacuumed sealed packages. The head rest, back support, and the sides of the recliner were all vacuumed sealed. Once opened, you would expect that these pieces would bounce back into shape. That did not happen. They were all flat as pancakes. I called Wayfair customer service and told them what I had experienced. They were able to offer assistance and would also get in touch with the manufacturer to see if there was another way they could deliver furniture.

It was very unorganized on delivery date and when they could have someone come over to put it together. It did all get done, and everyone was very polite about it.

Not as much cushion as I expected otherwise very comfortable. Heat and massager work great. The arm cushion has Velcro on one side but not the other so the cushions kept flipping. Some stick on Velcro strip fixed that.
