Terrible Quality and Awful Customer Service I purchased a sofa couch from Wayfair in September, and here we are just three months later—the fabric is completely worn out and damaged! This is absolutely unacceptable for something I spent good money on. When I reached out to customer service, the representative, Kiley, was shockingly rude. She claimed to be the “highest person I could reach,” refused to give me her last name, and said she had no identifying number. To make things worse, she had the audacity to sing-song mock me, saying I should have bought the warranty. The level of disrespect and lack of accountability is infuriating. Wayfair clearly doesn’t stand behind their products, and their customer service is an absolute joke. This was my first and LAST purchase from them. Buyer beware!

Easy to put together, instructions not very good, but very intuitive. Beige definitely leans to the brown side. Easy to make out to a bed. Love that the hid the post for the back rest when it is in chair mode. Bigger than I thought, but still work in the room. I’m sure they will be fine for the grand daughters!

Nice and small, a lil firm for my liking but gets the job done also turns into a bed which is nice also make sure you remove the side tables before assembling, I ended up breaking them when I leaned the chair on the side definitely a two person assembly job

Very unique dimensions which suited our needs. Narrow in width, but as a bed, practically full length. Not too difficult to assemble.

I bought the convertible chair/bed and going it easy to manipulate and comfortable. It is far better than just a mattress and box springs. And it doesn't take up a lot of room when I convert it to the chair. Great for TV watching
