Ornaments bent and broken in package. Poorly packaged and packed was aware prior to packaging as outside package wasn’t damaged.

These look so expensive in person. They are made of plastic with the velvet over it and thats what exactly what I was looking for. Something that won't break around kids while still look lux.

These are beautiful! Can’t wait to decorate the tree with them! Arrived quickly, came in a great storage box as well. They are soft and came with beautiful ribbons to tie on tree

Love it had a great experience overall. The quality exceeded my expectations, and everything felt thoughtfully put together. From start to finish, the process was smooth, and the attention to detail really stood out. What I appreciated most was how reliable and consistent everything was—it made a big difference. There’s definitely a level of care here that you don’t always find.

Should have listened to the reviews! Of the 15 ornaments, 1 arrived cracked and 3 were dented. The packaging is not supportive enough for shipping. Disappointed.
