This dog house exceeded my expectations. The material was lightweight but sturdy and resistant to leaks in the rain. The inside is spacious. Our medium sized dog (lab/pit bull mix that weighs 65 lbs) went in, laid down, and was sleep in 5 minutes--a sign that he was very comfortable in it. It was easy to assemble. We did it in 15 minutes. Lastly, I really like that the top opens so it's easy to put items inside, like the dog bed. The only thing I wish it had is a doggy door flap to help keep bugs and any small creatures out of it when it's outside and he's not in it. We'll likely add one. Otherwise, this was a perfect find!

I wasn’t sure this was going to be large enough for our dog , but it’s just perfect. It was super easy to put together, it looks really nice. The fact that the top opens is really a nice feature. One complaint is theres no way to lock it down so if it's real windy, it might blow open.

I love this doghouse. It was so easy to put together. I just basically snapped the pieces together. I see this house lasting longer than my old wooden house. I like that the roof is tilted so that water rolls off the top.

Good size and easy to put together. My cattle dog mix is enjoying her naps in it when left outside.

I do not have any complaints with this dog house so far, after a month of owning it, other than the fact that my dog will not go in it! He will if I throw treats in there, maybe that is what I need to do continuously to get him to use it, but so far, he has not gone in voluntarily. This is the first we have owned so maybe he doesn't know what to do with it, or maybe he will if it rains or the weather is colder, but so far, not once. When he has gone in to get a treat, he fit perfectly fine (he is a retriever/husky, mix about 100 lbs), with space to turn and exit. The plastic cannot be comfortable to lay on, so I have considered getting some sort of outdoor bedding, just not sure. He isn't kept outside for long periods of time, this was more of a just in case measure. The top lift is a nice feature, and doesn't slam shut. This makes it easy to clean inside and then dry out. So far, after a month of being in the sun, no fading. It was easy to assemble. I still wanted to plastic to feel more durable, which is the reason for the 4 stars. Otherwise, it is nice looking, affordable, easy to clean and just the right size for my dog. I recommend this dog house!
