Was hesitant to spend money on a hardtop, But was not disappointed. Assembly took some time, but well worth it.

Gazebo is nice but the pieces for the cupola structure were bent. I am not impressed with the delivery of my order at all. A box was damaged, containing the cupola parts. My husband believes it was stepped on or something. More care should be taken in all aspects of delivery. When large items are being delivered, they should not just be dumped outside and even more important when expensive, like the gazebo, they should at least ring the doorbell to indicate a delivery arrived. The delivery person(s) did NOT knock or ring the doorbell, they just left everything out front. If it had been raining or during the week when my husband is working I could not have moved anything to inside the garage. This is just not professional or considerate. They could have asked where I wanted it or at least told me it was there.

We have had a great experience with this gazebo. One of the first things that stood out to me was the roof design. The ventilated top is not only attractive, but also practical, allowing heat to escape. It gives the gazebo a more high-end look than others in this price range. It took a bit longer than expected to assemble, but once finished, we found it to be quite sturdy. I would confidently recommend this gazebo.

The winter weather and HOA delayed the build of this beauty, but I am SO excited and optimistic! I was concerned that my boxes looked a little beat up, but upon opening them I found everything extremely well packed and labeled. Each box has its own packing list and there was even a wood and metal “cage” enclosing the roof panels to protect them. I’ll update the review once it’s built, but everything I’ve seen so far looks like great quality!

Love this patio gazebo, I plan on adding the curtains on the sides and making it more of a retreat on the side of our camper. It will give us the shelter from rain and storms , besides the brutal sun. It took two of us four to five hours to put it up. But it looks so good!!
