Beautiful bed. Take no time for the delivery crew to installment.

The bed is beautiful, the drawers slide well and Wayfair's delivery went seamlessly.

The bed itself looks great and feels solid, so I’m happy with the design and overall quality of the product. However, the delivery and assembly experience was very disappointing. The item arrived damaged with multiple scratches, and the assembly was not done properly — several bolts were left unused, and some parts were fastened incorrectly, ignoring the pre-drilled holes. Wayfair did issue a small refund, but the experience with the delivery and assembly team really took away from what could have been a great purchase. Wayfair should hire or train more professional and careful delivery teams to ensure the product quality isn’t compromised by poor handling or assembly.

I purchased this bed for a client's master bedroom make-over. They really needed extra storage in their room, and this bed fit the bill. The wood was slightly more red in tone than we were looking for. Installation took longer than expected, even with a professional contractor putting it together. Overall, it was a decent value for the money, but I don't think I would buy it again.
