Pattern is more pronounced than pictures depict, but the quality is good.

This looks even better in person. I bought it for my dining room, nervous about the light color for spills from my kids. It has held up very nicely and I have been able to spot clean it very easily. We walk through our dining room to get to our back door and our kitchen. So it gets a good amount of foot traffic. It doesn't look worn after a year of use.

Beautiful and very cleanable!
