Backing is too tall. Top piece will not fit, and YES both the top & bottom are in the grooves. Both bookshelves have the same issue. Will have to try and trim them down. Until this last step assembly was easy.

These worked for what I needed! Pretty good value for the very low price. Happy with this purchase. These were easy to put together and they look great with the rest of my set up.

Looks great in our nursery. Easy to put together. Exactly what I was looking for.

Although the assembly was straightforward. The back partition that slides into the back of the bookcase did not fit properly. It was a struggle to get the top on. Also, the bookshelves, from what I can tell, are made of particle wood, not a solid material.
