I am thrilled with this product. It was simple to put together, is light enough that it's not too difficult to move around as you are working on a task, and feels safe even when on the highest step. I think this product is likely best for people who frequently need to reach items above head level and for those with higher ceilings. I would say it would be a bit cumbersome to use as a normal step ladder if you only need a foot or two boost. I can't speak to its longevity yet, however, I envision it being an indoor ladder that serves me well for many years.
