We bought 2 rockers and are happy at day one. The boxes arrived by FedEx and were left by garage. The boxes had some damage but packing was good and no problems. 2 of us carried the 2 pieces into house with no problems and the directions were simple to assemble the 2 pieces and motor. They rock nicely, swivel smoothly, and motors do just as advertised. The saddle color is true to the picture. I’m 5’3 and feet barely reach ground but still ok.

I was a little worried about the swivel and rock features of this recliner, but they are well done. The rocking feature is greatly reduced as soon as you actually recline, and the swivel works if you need it but otherwise just stays out of the way. I find the chair very comfortable in any position.

It is comfortable with good head and lumbar support. It doesn’t recline far back enough though so napping or laying back is challenging.
