Tapis bleu / ivoire / beige en laine touffeté à la main Alexander

Very tan not beige

Nice to have a quality rug, but the description is extremely misleading, which means a designed faux paw. There is no ivory on this carpet. More of a tan beige. The photograph shows it against a true ivory carpet. Doesn’t really go with my design scheme. Otherwise great quality.

I purchased this rug for my front entrance and a runner to accompany it. I love the dark and light blue colors. The wood has a nice tight durable weave. It’s easy to vacuum and laid flat right away due to its heavy weight. Very beautiful rug and great quality.

I love the pattern and the rug quality appears to be substantial. The color in the photos makes it appear lighter than it is. The ivory background has quite a beige tone to it. Also, on unwrapping there was a musty smell that has not disappeared overnight. I have sprayed with a fabric refresh spray and that has not irradiated the problem. I suspect it will need some further intervention such as baking soda or vinegar to get the smell out. Hopefully it gets resolved because it has really brightened up our entry way!
