Good product but this screw was defective can you replace it and send me it please

1 star. I do not recommend this chair. It feels very unstable and unsafe. I tested it with my 215-lb friend and when reclined, I felt she could tip backward. I do not believe this chair can safely support 440 lbs. The headrest is very short, poorly made, does not support the head, and slides down by itself. I am also being charged 45.99 to return it. Very disappointed.

The chairs were fairly easy to put together for you only had a few components to attach. The instructions were very difficult to understand. One of the chairs has a very loud noise when the chair is rotated. It sounds like a cord winding. We have looked throughout the chair and there's nothing to be found. There is chips all over the black paint on the footstools on every chair
