Arrived severely damaged — replacement requested I am very disappointed with the condition in which this lamp arrived. I spent over 200 on this product, and the shipping box was severely damaged, with multiple crushed, torn, and split areas and large openings exposing the contents. Upon opening the package, I found that the control knob on the unit was broken off and loose inside the box. Several of the components were also dusty and required cleaning. I have photographed the condition of the packaging and the broken component immediately upon opening the shipment. I have not yet fully assembled and tested the lamp, so I cannot determine whether there is additional damage. Given the condition of the shipment and the broken component, I am requesting a replacement for the damaged lamp. I would appreciate this being addressed promptly.
