I ordered this for my inside entry way. I was a little disappointed in the quality for the cost. The hooks that hang the glass are paper thin and feel like they would break so easily, and the holes that the hooks feed through ( thank goodness my hubby is handy ) because they were not drilled all the way through, so he had to finish drilling the holes to get the hook through to hang the crystals. Not that its up I'm happy, but probably wouldn't buy again.

As you know it’s missing a piece of bracket or similar. We are awaiting the deciphered part that you are sending. We were quite bewildered and disappointed, However, The rest of the light fixture seems nice and very substantial, not flimsy. Soooooo, we are Hopeful that the correct piece arrives and it’s salvageable! Anything you can do to get it here quicker would be appreciated! Thanks you. Shirley R
