I am not happy. This chair was purchased solely for the height specifications of 24.5 inches from the floor to seat. The chair shipped to me does not even meet the minimum or the maximum specifications. I have severe knee pain which makes spending this amount of money on a chair very important and my expectations of getting the correct product even more important. This was false advertisement and will not order from your company again unless someone make this right.

Not truly big and tall - the arms aren’t adjustable and they’re very slightly wider than a normal office chair. Don’t buy if you’re looking for something truly wide. Comfortable though and has held up well over the last couple months.

This chair is great. I bought it for my daughter-in-law and now my son wants one.
