These chairs are unstable and shaky. We have given it over 4 weeks and every time someone sits on the stool it loosens the backrest or the legs. We continually had to tighten the screws and several times they just fell out. The other night someone fell back when the backrest gave way and it was embarrassing, but I guess you get what you pay for! So, that's it. We are done with these and would like a refund but I cannot figure out how to do that. Do not buy these stools!

I was going to have my handy man put the chairs together, I was bored one day and did it myself. Took out the instructions and with patience it was a breeze. It took me 1 hr 1/2 to complete all 4 chairs. I was very satisfied of my work and the look of my new chairs.
