Great pergola and easy assembly, but with a couple of issues We really like this pergola, and the whole family is thoroughly enjoying the shade it provides on our deck. It was quite easy to assemble (we only needed two people for the posts and main beams) and I was able to do the rest by myself. However, there are a couple of things worth pointing out. As shown in the photos, some of the holes on the beams were not pre-drilled, which made installation a bit more difficult. Additionally, the hook used to move the louvers arrived with rust spots and a poor finish, which is disappointing for a brand-new item. Due to a lack of time, I wasn't able to contact customer service to make a claim. Overall, it's a good product, but quality control could definitely be better.

This is a beautiful and stunning pergola. It is a very pergola for the price that I paid. The assembly of the pergola by the Wayfair services is amazing!

I ordered the white pergola, it came and was great but one of the beams was dented. I requested a replacement, sent pics, included the piece code from the manual. Took 2 weeks for the piece to arrive and not only was it not the piece I asked for which was a 10’ beam, I received 2 brackets in the wrong color.

Happy with my pergola! Measurements were exactly as I expected louvered top works just fine. Installed 2 months ago seems it will last a good amt od time.

Putting this together today so I will come back for part 2 of my review once it’s all done. The price was great and it was delivered quickly and professionally.
